Regenerative Agricultural Project and Investment Opportunity
Founded in 2014 by three founding partners, Caffè Organico Hamacas represents a exemplary model of regenerative and sustainable agriculture.
The original objective was twofold: to produce highest-quality coffee and to restore fertility and biodiversity to land that had been intensively exploited as pasture for over twenty years.
Through years of work, experimentation, and dedication, the company has successfully transformed exhausted soil into a living, productive, and harmonious ecosystem.
Current Situation
Today, after more than a decade of organic management, the soil is regenerated across 90% of the cultivable surface area.
The finca has over 1,000 coffee plants in full production and approximately 700 banana plants, perfectly integrated into a circular agricultural system.
Production Potential
Thanks to a five-year replanting plan, the company can reach an estimated minimum production of 7000 kgs of coffee per year and 1,000 kg of bananas per month, with additional growth margins linked to the expansion of cultivation and the diversification of processed products.
Infrastructure and Facilities
The property is equipped with all necessary installations for a complete and self-sufficient production cycle:
100 m² warehouse for storing parchment coffee
60 m² warehouse for tools and machinery
500 m² shed for the production and storage of organic fertilizers
Coffee fruit reception area with equipped wet mill, water-powered mill, and a system for conveying pulp to the worm compost
Equipment and Processes
The company has a complete set of machinery for all production phases:
Production and application of organic fertilizers
Harvesting, washing, ozone disinfection, and anaerobic fermentation
Drying, storage, and conservation of beans to guarantee maximum quality
Roasting and Branding
The processing plant is operational and includes:
2 kg batch roaster
Professional grinder
Band sealer
Biodegradable bags and labels for customized packaging with the registered trademark Hamacas
This enables the direct transformation and commercialization of the finished product, creating added value and a premium positioning.
Crops and Biodiversity
The finca hosts a rich mosaic of species contributing to the land’s biodiversity:
1,000 coffee plants, 700 banana plants, 500 Paulownia trees, 1,000 Guava trees, 100 Guava trees, 500 Madero Negro trees, 6 Avocado trees, 5 Soursop trees, 20 Pejibaye palms, 5 Papaya plants, and 2 Rambutan trees.
A balanced ecosystem integrating production, regeneration, and environmental value.
